These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and pub444 effective from the date of your first access to the Platform.
2.2 These Terms must be read in conjunction with any game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the pub444 Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall govern in respect of that specific game. In all other respects, these Terms shall take precedence.
2.3 pub444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. 2.4 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pub444 Platform and, if you hold an Account, request account closure by contacting pub444 support at [email protected].
Age Requirement — 21 Years and Above: Under the rules and regulations of PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law, all persons engaging in casino-style gambling and online gaming in the Philippines must be at least 21 years of age. pub444 strictly enforces this requirement and will not knowingly permit any person under 21 to register or maintain an Account.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on pub444, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the pub444 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pub444 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. Discovery of a duplicate Account will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and may result in the forfeiture of any balance held therein.
4.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification document), your date of birth, your Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must update it promptly if any change occurs.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pub444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.4 You must notify pub444 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account by contacting support at [email protected]. pub444 is not liable for losses incurred prior to such notification where the unauthorised access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.5 Account registration is free of charge. pub444 does not charge a fee to create an Account, and no fee is charged for maintaining an Account in good standing.
5.1 All pub444 Account holders are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity and age verification before full access to deposit, withdrawal, and real-money gaming features is granted. KYC verification is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations and cannot be waived or deferred.
5.2 KYC verification requires the submission of the following documents:

6.1 All deposits to pub444 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). pub444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Transactions processed through supported e-wallet and banking channels are credited to the Account balance in PHP at the time of confirmed receipt.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount at pub444 is ₱200 (Philippine Pesos two hundred). pub444 reserves the right to apply different minimum deposit thresholds to specific payment methods or promotional conditions, which will be communicated to Players through the Cashier interface.

6.5 Deposits made to pub444 must be funded from payment accounts and instruments registered in your own name. Discovery of such deposits will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of the deposited funds pending regulatory and law enforcement referral.
6.6 pub444 is not responsible for any failed deposits arising from technical issues with third-party payment providers, insufficient funds in your payment account, or your payment provider's own transaction restrictions. In the event of a deposit failure, contact your payment provider first; if funds have been debited from your payment account but not credited to your pub444 balance, contact pub444 support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
7.1 Withdrawals from a pub444 Account are processed back to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit (same-method withdrawal policy). pub444 applies this policy as a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control required under PAGCOR compliance guidelines.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount at pub444 is ₱200 (Philippine Pesos two hundred). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.3 Before any withdrawal is processed, the requesting Account must have completed KYC verification in full. pub444 will not process withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts. KYC verification is a one-time requirement for established Accounts in good standing.
7.4 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day during pub444's support hours (8:00 AM to 12:00 AM PST). Bank transfers may take one to three (1–3) banking days to reflect in the recipient account, depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
7.5 pub444 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that display unusual patterns. Such checks are conducted in accordance with PAGCOR AML regulations and may temporarily delay processing of the withdrawal request.
7.6 Bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus credits may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirements are specified in the Bonus Terms and Conditions attached to each individual promotion. Real-money balance funds are not subject to withdrawal wagering requirements.
8.1 pub444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, game restrictions, and expiry dates.

8.3 Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, bonuses at pub444 are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases, the qualifying deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable as real money.

10.2 pub444 reserves the right to take immediate action upon detection of any prohibited conduct, including but not limited to: immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all bonus credits and winnings derived from prohibited activity, recovery of any amounts paid out in error, and referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.
11.1 pub444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, detection of prohibited conduct, at the direction of PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority, or where pub444 reasonably believes continued Account access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting pub444 support at [email protected]. Players choosing voluntary closure must specify whether the closure is permanent or a temporary cooling-off period. Upon permanent voluntary closure, any eligible real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.3 Where an Account is closed by pub444 due to breach of these Terms, pub444 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where breach is confirmed, to forfeit that balance in whole or in part.

You do not acquire any rights to third-party game content by virtue of playing games on pub444.
14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub444's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.2 pub444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or in connection with:

15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute between a Player and pub444 arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and pub444's regulatory obligations to PAGCOR as the applicable gaming authority.
15.3 Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact pub444 support at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. pub444 will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days and will make genuine efforts to resolve disputes at the support level before escalation.
15.4 Players who remain unsatisfied following pub444's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its published regulatory complaint channels.
16.1 pub444 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the pub444 Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
16.2 Continued use of the pub444 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
